FOR SPONGE CAKE: 2800 gr wheat flour, 3600 g egg (60 pcs), 2000 gr sugar, 200 gr starch, 1500 gr water,80 gr baking powder, 350 gr cake gel (cake improver The mixture is whipped in a mixer for 2 minutes middle cycle and 3 minutes fast then emptied into the molds, then baked at 160-180 C for 45-50 minutes)
